Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank You in anticipation for forgiving our sins and transgressions against You and for setting human race at liberty from the scourge of coronavirus.

1 Kings 8:50…And forgive thy people that have sinned against thee, and all their transgressions wherein they have transgressed against thee, and give them compassion before them who carried them captive, that they may have compassion on them:

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You comfort every broken-hearted around the world, as a reason of losing their loved ones, particularly to the COVID-19 scourge and we ask You to give wisdom for the solution to the plague of coronavirus.

Isaiah 61:3…To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for required wisdom on our leaders for qualitative decision making, as plans are underway to take us out of lockdown.

1 Timothy 2:1-2…I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Father, in the name of Jesus, release the fire of the Holy Ghost to consume coronavirus and its agents working together and causing mayhem on the face of the earth.

1 Kings 18:38…Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.

Father, in the name of Jesus, help, heal the sick and the infected, sustain their bodies and spirits; as You contain the spread of the infection all around the world.

Jeremiah 33:6…Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for Your protection and divine provision on the vulnerable populations i.e. the elderly, the poor and those suffering from chronic diseases.

Psalm 46:1…God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You give knowledge and wisdom to the leading scientists around the world to discover a curative medicine for the COVID-19 disease.

Exodus 31:3-6…And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, 4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass, 5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship. 6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for wisdom for all media outfit, for effective communication without causing panic and apprehension to the people.

Ephesians 4:29…Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

Proverbs 2:6…For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You give leaders around the world uncommon wisdom for witty invention, to sustain and prevent the economy from the ripple effects of the pandemic.

Genesis 41:38-40…And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is? 39 And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, Forasmuch as God hath shewed thee all this, there is none so discreet and wise as thou art: 40 Thou shalt be over my house, and according unto thy word shall all my people be ruled: only in the throne will I be greater than thou.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we decree an end to the menace of Coronavirus, and we ask for strength on all key workers around the world, working tirelessly to put things under control.

Numbers 16:47-48…And Aaron took as Moses commanded, and ran into the midst of the congregation; and, behold, the plague was begun among the people: and he put on incense, and made an atonement for the people. 48 And he stood between the dead and the living; and the plague was stayed. 

Father, in the name of Jesus, heal all Coronavirus victims around the world and continually protect all your children from the claws of this deadly virus.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask that You arrest and put an end to the activities of the spirit of death, that is working alongside the spirit of infirmity called coronavirus, cutting short the lives of the people untimely all around the world.

Jude 1:6…And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray for supernatural understanding and cooperation amongst the world leaders, for a valuable decision-making ability in eradicating the current common human enemy, Coronavirus.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we ask for the supernatural renewal of resources in our nation, against the impact of the pandemic on our economy and we decree divine protection of jobs for fellow believers.

1 Kings 17:14…For thus saith the LORD God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the LORD sendeth rain upon the earth.
